Once for windows, and then again to replace a sliding glass door. We love the windows, and for the door we got quite a few quotes and Energy came in at a lower price for a triple pane door than others were quoting for double pain. The install went great and it looks really good, and the installer was thoughtful to our concerns about the areas around the door and replaced some parts of the frame that were old before installing the new door for us. Their products are significantly better quality than the products from the big box stores so price should not be your only factor. The installer who installed our new front door was excellent. He needed to adjust the door frame for a perfect fit and the door was perfect. Plus he even brought his own vacuum to clean up the mess. We had half of our windows done about 2 years ago by a different company and it wasn't a great experience. Energy Home Improvements just did our remaining 4 window and 2 external doors. They did a much better job and were a lot nicer to work with than the previous company. Every step was communicated to me and every detail explained. The prices were better than the previous company with a 2 year difference and substantial economic change. The men who did the instillation were professional, tidy and very skilled.
